Under the law, the warranty of the products manufactured and marketed by Comatec Hi-Tech Srl is valid 24 months from the date of manufacture printed on the product label. The warranty is valid only if the product has been used within the permitted range of work and has not been opened, tampered with or damaged by external causes.
Products under warranty may be returned for repair or for other reasons only after written consent from Comatec Hi-Tech Srl. Upon authorization, the customer will be given a return code (RMA) to be written on the package and the return delivery note. Products returned without authorization will not be accepted. The shipping costs for the return of a product under warranty are the responsibility of the customer, who can choose the carrier it prefers. After verifying that the product is still under warranty, Comatec Hi-Tech Srl will repair or replace the product as soon as possible. In this case, the company will pay the shipping costs for returning the product to the customer. In the case of out-of-warranty returns authorized by Comatec Hi-Tech Srl, a cost estimate will be sent to the customer for approval before making the repair. If the customer does not accept, the products will be returned to the customer carriage forward in the same condition as received.
